She is survived by: her parents, Robert Ramirez and Frances Ramirez; her husband Art Hernandez; her sons, Joseph (Nicole), Isaac and Eric; and her grandchildren, Mazlynn Hernandez, Genesis Hernandez, Zayden Hernandez, Seth Hammer and Sydney Willoughby. She is also survived by 5 children and their kids along with her aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, in-laws and friends.
