He is survived by: his wife V. J.; his children, Lynn Hunter (Ken), Kirk Pagel (Joyce), Brad Pagel and John Pagel; and his brother Gary Pagel (Sheila). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
