“Hi, my name was Cindy Tuthill, now Powell. I was a best friend of your mom. She was so pretty and smart and always did the right thing. A straight arrow. We went the the beach ⛱️ memorial weekend 1972. Alice and her dad, Kim and I stayed the whole weekend. We had such a fantastic teenage girls weekend. I had a surprise when I delivered twins 28 weeks. I was 17. I only had 1 girl name and hope for 1 healthy girl. So I had Carrie Dawn and immediately knew Kimberly Ann was here too.”
