He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Kenneth and Ollie Lou Frink; and his sister Carolyn Rickert. He is survived by: his wife Patty Frink; his daughters, Lisa Kostiuk and Tricia Elton; his children-in-law, Kris Kostiuk and Dan Elton; his grandchildren, Daniel Elton, Erika Elton, Joely Kostiuk, Chloe Kostiuk, Jackson Kostiuk, Aubrey Elton and Leah Elton; and his great grandchild Jordan Elton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the restoration of the Frink Adobe to continue Joe's mission of preserving Redlands' history. Donations can be mailed to Frink Adobe C/O Lisa Kostiuk 26220 Mission Road, Loma Linda, 92354.
