He is survived by: his wife Celia Ortiz; his children, Lisa Valencia (Victor), Olivia Stein (Jim) and Jason Ortiz (Brianna); his stepchildren, John Osborn and Lisa Osborn; his godson Joe Ray Osborn (Corinna); and his brothers, John Ortiz, Chuck Ortiz and Tim Ortiz. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cortner Chapel (221 Brookside Ave, Redlands, CA 92373). A funeral service was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
