He was predeceased by: his sibling Erwin Howlett of Chico. He is survived by: his parents, Fred Howlett and Anna Howlett; and his nephews, Jerry (Marilyn) of Nevada City and Jim (Carol) of Ukiah. He is also survived by children and grand-children.
