Kerns (Shelly K.) of Wernersville, Jed J. Kerns (Vicki C.) of Sinking Spring, Matthew J. Kerns (Rachel) of Wernersville and Adam J. Kerns (Jessica) of New York; and his brother John Kerns (Kay) of Oklahoma. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
