He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria; and his parents, Norman F. Hess and Agnes Hess (Mace). He is survived by: his children, Linda Yeager (Glenn Yeager) of Muhlenberg Township, Greg Hess (Carolyn Hess) of Oviedo, Florida, Curtis Hess (Deborah Hess) of York, PA and Eric Hess (Kathy Hess) of Sinking Spring; and his grandchildren, Melissa Yeager, Benjamin Yeager (Margaret Yeager), Andrew Yeager (Renee Yeager), Jenna Rosamilia (Gerald Rosamilia), Jamie Triantafellu (Matthew Triantafellu), Katharina Tomisato, Chantelle Otto (Dan Otto), Corinne Faraone (Salvo Faraone), Camaryn Hess, Curtis Hess, Amanda Hess and Madeline Hill (John Hill).
