He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Stephens and Clare Fern Stephens. He is survived by: his wife Betty Ann; his children, Chris Stephens (Rachel) and Kathy (Bill Porter); and his stepchildren, Howard Hoglen, Dennis Hoglen and Laura Sue Swisher.
