He is survived by: his spouse Deborah T. Castellucci (Dickson); his parents, Emedio Castellucci and Elizabeth Castellucci (Iezzi); his son Todd A. Castellucci; his granddaughters, Alexandria M. Miller, Cassandra E. Castellucci, Madison A. Castellucci and Hailey T. Castellucci; and his sister Mary Fogelman of Lebanon.
