He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Franklin Trott and Elizabeth Trott; his wife Lois; his children, Barbara Benge (Greenville), Ken Trott (Woodland), Beth Aitken (Lincoln), Roger Trott (Carson City), Greg Trott (Dana Point) and Jeff Trott (Lincoln); and his sister Doris Grimsley of Arvada. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
