She is survived by: her husband Raymond Perry; her son Jeff Perry; her grandchildren, Sean Perry and Abbey Perry; and her children, Kim Castaneda (Rob) and Jacob Raulino. She is also survived by children, grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, it has been requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
