It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gregory Azeltine (Rancho Santa Margarita, California), who passed away on January 3, 2019, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Dean and Mary Azeltine; and his brothers, Michael and Tony. He is survived by: his wife Susan Rae; his children, Brent Bannerman (Charlotte), Mark Wesley Azeltine, Rebecca Azeltine and Madelene Collins (Robert Tyler); his stepchildren, Tiffaney Brooke (Justin), Oliver Hirsch, Amber Foster (Nick), Cassandra Holloman (Brad) and Mario Anthony Gallego; and his brothers, Jeffrey (Laurie) and Bradley (Kyoung Hui). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 4 nephews.
