It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. James (Rancho Palos Verdes, California), born in Darlington, South Carolina, who passed away on April 3, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sula. He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth Duffield (Stan) of San Diego, Anne Roberts (Bill) of Orange County and Will James (Amanda); and his sister Nancy Webert of Maryland.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Association.
