She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ross Spencer and Carrie Spencer; her siblings, Frank, Patrick, Barbara and Carrie; and her children, Theresa Horn, Tanya Monroe, Toni Noland, Tina Wynia, Andy Subingsubing Jr. and Tammy Hilgeman. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren and their spouses, 22 great-grandchildren and one spouse, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
