He was predeceased by: his parents, Šime Valerija and Rozarija Valerija; his wife Ivanka Valerija; and his brother Roko Valerija. He is survived by: his son Victor (Kylie); his granddaughter Natasha; and his sisters, Anka and Marija. He is also survived by 4 nieces.
