He is survived by: his wife Joylene Mack (Bennett); his children, Monica Conner of Manhattan Beach, Kristin Mack of Savannah, Georgia, Nick Mack of Tustin and Quinn Mack of Oceanside, California; and his sisters, Arline Arnold of Burbank, Marie Shields of Round Rock and Nancy Eder of Simi Valley, California. He is also survived by six grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
