Bernard Jr. (Rancho Palos Verdes, California), born in San Pedro, California, who passed away on June 1, 2018, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Sr. and Frances (Marino). He is survived by: his children, Cindy Bernard, Linda Bracken (Dennis), Christine Rubin (Rob) and Phillip J. Bernard III (Antoinette); and his grandchildren, Brian, Chelsea, Hayley (Bracken), Cole, Alec (Rubin), Phillip IV, Jacob and Grace (Bernard).
Memorial donations may be made to the Phil Bernard Fund supporting young golfers from underprivileged families in San Pedro.
