He is survived by: his wife Carmelita; his children, Ferdinand, Jennifer, Isabelle, Gabrielle Velasco of Southlake, TX, Jonathan, Anna, Emily, Megan, Luke Velasco of Vista, CA, Anne Marie, Rich, Cooper and Madoc Roth of Encinitas, CA; and his siblings, Zenaida Magbojos of Fayetteville, PA, Cecilia Tomas of Quezon City and Presbitero Velasco Jr. of Marinduque, Philippines..

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in his memory to support the American Cancer Society.
