It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe F. Ploen (Rancho Palos Verdes, California), who passed away on March 15, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emil Ploen and Dora Ploen; his children, David Ploen (Ruth Ann), Carol Grassl (Ron) and Jo Ann Reese (Dan); his niece Monique Conklin; and his adoptive children, Richard and Yenna Encabo. He was also cherished by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
