“There are no words that would be able to convey the profound loss this is to anyone that knew matoula. She was an absolutely devoted mother, wife, daughter and friend. Her laugh was contagious, her cooking was amazing, the woman made vegetables taste incredible. Anyone that was lucky enough to have any interaction with her was blessed. Words cannot express how her passing has left a deep wound in the souls of those of us who loved and adored her. May you rest in peace in love, jennifer assouad”
