He is survived by: his wife Norma M. Perez of San Pedro; his children, David A. Perez, Allan A. Perez, Elaine J. Perez and Claudine (Jeff Merlo); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Montano, Samuel Merlo, Shannon Merlo and Matthew Merlo; and his great grandchild Kassidy Montano.
