We are sad to announce that on September 29, 2018, at the age of 102, Donald Fraser (Rancho Palos Verdes, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Maner Fraser and Ann Sanders Fraser; his wife Margaret Lyon Fraser; his daughter Ann Fraser Hall; his foster daughter Debbi Fatheree of Napa; his daughters, Helen Culver Fraser and Joni Lyon Mills; his brother David Ladson Fraser; and his sister-in-law Eleanor Arnold Fraser of Newport Beach.
