He was predeceased by: his wife Lyuba. He is survived by: his parents, Vijekoslav Obuljen and Marija Obuljen; his children, Vieko (Alice), Gordana (Nikola) and Anton (Trudy); his grandchildren, Marie, Nick (Barbara), Anthony (Elizabeth), Pete, Derik (Shawnee) and Stanko (Mindy); his great grandchildren, Arijana, Sophia, Katie, Nicolette, Angelina, Olivia, Brendan, Jessie, Victor and Ricardo; and his cousin Croatia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gospe Karmena Church in Verunic for new benches in memory of Dinko.
