He was predeceased by: his wife Shizue (Susie). He is survived by: his children, Ruth Tsuji (Phillip), Mary Morikawa (Stephan), Helen Hayashi (Allen) and Michael Matsuoka (Angela); his grandchildren, Stacey, Kristy, Jessica, Kathryn, Aaron and Kerrie; and his great grandchild Leini. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
