With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kay E. Mosher (Rancho Murieta, California), born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 26, 2024 at the age of 75. She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Stokes and Jean E. Stokes; her husband William Mosher (Bill); and her in-laws, William Sr. and Melba Mosher.
She is survived by: her daughter Melanie Mosher Siesser (Jeff); her grandchildren, Madelyn and William Baiz; her sisters, Mary Jean Rahlfs (Mick) and Diane Byers (Mike); and her close friend Dale Wilson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
