He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara. He is survived by: his daughter Leanne Pezet (Dee Dee); his son-in-law Michael Pezet; his son Rand Gardner Glick; and his stepdaughters, Debbie Pasacrita and Destiny Whiteash.
