He is survived by: his siblings, Ric and Maggie Chapman of Ashland, OR; and his wife Patty.
George is survived by his mother, Helen Service (now 102!) and brother, Ric, in Rancho Mirage, sister Maggie Chapman of Ashland, OR, and his devoted wife Patty of 20 years who took such good care of him during his long battle with Alzheimer's.
