He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lundquist and Myrtle Lundquist. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lundquist of Rancho Mirage, CA; his former wife Myrna Orsini of Tenino, WA; his sister Eileen Lundquist-Bradford of Puyallup, WA; and his daughters, Laurie Winter (Jeff Winter) of Tacoma, WA and Stephanie Rathert (John Rathert) of Eagle River, AK. He is also survived by his six grandsons and five great-grandchildren.
