He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Edwards and Arthur Edwards; his sons, Bobby and David; his son-in-law Dr. Steve Leighty; and his siblings, Norman Edwards, Jean Wikoff and Kathy Mann.
He is survived by: his wife Genie; his children, Donna Boise (Gary), Karen Leighty, James Edwards, John Edwards (Angela) and Shannon Alward (Eric); and his sister Nancy Coffman. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
