He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Robert Bower and Betty Jean Bower. He is survived by: his close friend Helen Marie Taylor of Rancho Cordova; his sister Sarah Anne Bower; and his grandchildren, Micheal Robert Bower, Sofia Juliet, Noah Daniel and Gianna Camille Bower. He is also survived by many dogs and cats, which became some of his best friends.
