He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer and Tillie; his brother Bob; his siblings-in-law, Helen and Howard Lehman (Helen); and his former wife Karen Horn (Janet Davis).
He is survived by: his former wife Karen Foxworthy; his wife Bonnie Haedecke; his sister Carol Lehman; his friend Bonnie Ann Horn (Deanna Lynn); his children, Christine Tarski Mapes (Robert), Lizabeth Mitchell Maris, Melanie Lynn Willey, Ronald Charles Horn II (Debbie) and Ronda Lynn Sherman (Jay); his grandchildren, Mishelle, Natalie, Leslie, Adam, Jessica, Maxwell, Jed, Sarah, Ethan, Miriam, Rebecca, Finn, Nolan and Drew; and his great grandchildren, Claire, Nathan, Julian, Skylar, Ivy, Ophelia, Kalli and Jalen. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
