She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Chuck; her daughter Simone; her parents, Charles Chase and Jane Chase; and her son Kevin.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to her Rotary Club's Foundation at Rancho Bernardo PO Box 28005 San Diego, CA 92198.
