We are sad to announce that on February 23, 2018, at the age of 76, Walter Binns (Quartz Hill, California), born in San Pedro, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Walter Scott Binns III; his parents, Walter Scott Sr and Peggy Binns; and his siblings, Evelyn Binkley and George Binns.
He is survived by: his spouse Patricia A. Binns of Quartz Hill; his children, Bob Binns (Shannon), Jim Binns (Rachel), Jennifer Morales (Darrell), Kathleen Stevenson (Steven) and Leslie Nelson (Lance); and his daughter-in-law Betsy Hunter-Binns.
