Tydings (Janice) and Betty Gaye Herr (Girvin); his children, Vernon F. Tydings, III (Julissa) and Amanda T. Peñafiel (Rodolfo); and his grandchildren, Vernon IV, Sebastian, Andrew, Gabriella, Robert and James Early. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
