It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sena Pierre (Poway, California), who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elder Julius I. Hemphill and Ilver Nolan Hemphill. She is survived by: her children, Paulette Pierre of San Diego, CA. and Kenneth Broadnax of Desoto, TX.; her granddaughter Kenntria Broadnax of Los Angeles, CA.; and her siblings, Ruby Barthley of Dallas, TX, Tweetie Allen of West Covina, CA., Lettie Marshall of Atlanta, GA., Robert Hemphill of Spokane, WA. and Billy Hemphill of Garland, TX.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
In 2016 she was diagnosed with mild Alzheimer's disease.
