He was predeceased by: his parents, William Henry Kovensky and Elsie Helen Kovensky (Jackman); and his siblings, Helen, Julie, Bill, Mary Lou, John and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Mona; his sisters, Shirley, Betty and Elaine; and his children, Monica, Mary, Julie, Jeannie, Barbara, Stephen and Laura. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and numerous other relatives.
