He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Duris and Pauline Duris; and his daughter Karen. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Tague (Betty) of Valentine's Day; his sister Jenny Lutterbach; his grandchildren, Joey Earnest (Christine), Nick Earnest (Apryl), Olivia Gastaldo, Elizabeth Radcliff (Tony), Jimmy Cunningham (Sarah), Norah Cunningham, Patrick Cunningham, Carly Duris and Joey Duris; and his great grandchild Sammy Earnest. He is also survived by five children, nine grandchildren, one great grandchild.
