She was predeceased by: her mother Silvia Miranda; her husband Francisco "Frank" Serrano; and her father Oscar N. Miranda. She is survived by: her son Dominic Castillo (Chris) of San Diego, CA; her stepsons, Jim, Frank (Melissa) and Mark Serrano (Amy); her siblings, Oscar R. (Laurie), Jose Alfredo Miranda (Toni) and Frances Juliana Solis; her grandchildren, Britani (Travis), Justine (Curtis), Angelina, Frankie, Alexis and Marcos; and her great grandchildren, Lyla and Hallie.
Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made in Izzy's memory to Palomar Health Foundation.
