He is survived by: his spouse Kathryn Schlosser; his siblings, Floise, Buck of Texas and Bob of Texas; and his sons, Ben (Tracy Mitchell), Joe (Lori Mitchell), Don (Wendy Mitchell), Cris (Kim Mitchell) and Wade (Mary Mitchell). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren, twenty-one great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.
