He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Amy Kinsel, Loys and Laura Rowell. He is survived by: his parents, Del Rowell and Sue Rowell; his sisters, Debra (Fred Whitten) and Kathryn (Nick Marziliano); his son Justin Rowell; and his pet Coco. He is also survived by one granddaughter; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins; and many, many great friends.
