He is survived by: his son Jack Lee Johnson; his wife Cheryl Kay Johnson; his daughter-in-law Gana Marie Johnson; his grandsons, Jacob Duane Johnson (Misty Marie Johnson) and Jeremy Lee Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Brylee Kae Johnson and Waylon Anthony Johnson.
