He is survived by: his wife Sara of Ducor; his brother Francis of Post Falls, Idaho; his children, Jim of Ducor and Sandra Carter of Frazier Park; his daughter-in-law Cecilia Parsons of Ducor; his grandchildren, Dustin Carter of San Diego, Vanessa Carter of Frazier Park, Jordan Parsons (Sara) of Porterville, Steven Parsons (Malynda) of Porterville and Kurt Parsons of Ducor; and his stepgrandchildren, Gary Duncan of Sacramento, Kim Gonzales of Manteca and LeAnn Miller of Zenia, OH.. He is also survived by three children and have five grandchildren, three step-grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
