“Frank will always be one of my favorite cousins. As a youth, my brother and i always enjoyed hanging with “boys” from porterville, when we visited from the bay area. Frank was always kind and fun to be around, whether it was playing tag outside or indoors playing atari or nintendo. He had a confident demeanor and always seemed to have a great outlook on life.
