He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Alton and Dolores Teresa Skiff; his wife Dena (Chavez); his children, Eric Alton, Katherine (De Boor), Craig, Nicholas and Jason; his son-in-law Jason De Boor; his grandchildren, Jeremy De Boor and Allison De Boor; and his siblings, Russell James Skiff, Sandra Vance and Rebecca Dias. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
