He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jones Howard; his daughters, Donna Raphael and Priscilla Diaz; his granddaughters, Lindsay Mohr, Ashley Kammerer, Loralei Mohr and Easton Mohr; his sister Wanda Howard Miller; his spouse Annie L. Gladney; and his son Scott Wayne. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks instead that donations be made to the Porterville Sheltered Workshop of the local American Red Cross.
