He is survived by: his parents, Alida Monroe and Ernie Monroe of Porterville; his siblings, Brian Monroe, Brant Monroe, Ben Monroe and Brandy Monroe of Porterville; and his sisters-in-law, Machelle Hopper, Monica Monroe and Nishia Cardenas of Porterville. He is also survived by 4 nephews, 3 nieces, 2 grand nephews and 1 grand niece.
