He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Webb and Ethel A. Webb (Dean). He is survived by: his wife Jean (Pankey); his daughters, Cheryll Bouzek (George) of Gilroy, Nancy Sims (Vernon) of Fresno and Marcia Petersen (Ron) of Fresno; and his grandchildren, Michelle Tynan (Tony) of Madera Ranchos, Jennifer Battaion (Jeff) of Clovis, Jason Ferris of Gilroy, Tonya Clement (Mikal) of Fresno, Preston Sanders (Kelli) of Pioneer, Drew Ferris of Porterville, Geoff Sims (Danae) of Ione, Whitney Anderson (Kenny) of Visalia, Ryane Poulton (Lannie) of Bakersfield and Morgan Bush (Drew) of Bakersfield.
