With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Yvonne Bixler of Porterville, California, born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on November 1, 2020 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Bruce Grenfell Bixler; her grandparents, John, Opal Stockman, Glenn and Margaret Bixler; her uncle Glenn Bixler; and her aunt Mary Ruth Bixler.
She is survived by: her mother Joy Bixler (Stockman); her sisters, Beverly Wrigglesworth (Robert) and Brenda Collins (William); her nieces, Dr. Shanna Seals (Scott Seals), Joni Seeley J. D. and Tabitha Dysard; her nephew Justin Bixler; and her uncle John Dee Stockman (Katherine). She is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews, five cousins, eight second cousins and seven third cousins.
