He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorenzo Dulay and Virgina Dulay; his daughter Mary Estelle Dulay; his grandchildren, Alfredo Lynn Dulay and Nazaret Dulay; and his brother Lawrence Dulay.
He is survived by: his wife Connie Dulay; his children, Virginia Dulay, James Dulay (Amada Dulay), Fred Dulay and Curtis Dulay (Christina Dulay); his grandchildren, Christian Lopez, Alicia Dulay, Michael Dulay, Stella Dulay, Caleb Dulay, Chrystal Dulay (Kayla Dulay), Maryanna Dulay, Micco Dulay and Bryson Dulay; and his great grandchildren, Noah Alfredo Lopez, Joshua Keoni Cerna and Joseph Marroquin.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the St. Louis de Montfort Church (1190 E Clark Ave, Santa Maria, CA 93455). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025.
